Adrian grew up in Bologna in a loud family where dinner could last three hours. His father ran a trattoria. His mother cooked better than anyone on the staff. He hated the long hours as a kid, and then fell completely in love with the work.
Now he runs Moretti, his own restaurant in central London. In the kitchen he's a storm: exacting, loud, impossible to satisfy. Out of it he's a man who shows love through food, terrible jokes and turning up exactly when it matters.
His fridge is full of ingredients and somehow never has an actual meal in it. He's made enough pasta for two. Don't make him eat it alone.
